just got off the phone with rector audi.
i brought my car in for a 15k service.
it took me 4 weeks to get an appointment in the
first place, and now at 4pm i'm told that it
won't be ready today. no phone call, no warning
on thier part, and no admitting fault.

I AM NOT HAPPY

they didn't call me at work or home to tell me,
and i was told that they didn't start work until
about 3 pm.
when i asked if i could get it tommorrow morning
(the only time in the next week i'll be able to
swap cars) i was told that they will TRY to
have the basic service done, but the couple
minor problems i saved up for the service call
will have to be re-sceduled (another month out).

I AM NOT HAPPY
