Default Seatbelt buckles always on the floor

Are all TT's missing some type of retainer to keep the seatbelt buckle from falling to the floor and making it very difficult to retrieve?

Check at the base of the belt for the retainer .... it may have slid all the way down to the end...

Default I found the "retainer" a couple of days ago...it slides around a lot too...

Seems like they should have designed that to stay a little more steady on the belt

Default Yeah, there are actually two retainers on each belt

a bigger, flatter one that doesn't prevent the buckle from doing whatever it wants and a smaller, thicker one that actually works. It took me several months before I found the smaller one. It was hiding down by the floor.

Default You're right! I found it on near the floor

and it doesn't stay up any better than the buckle.

Look for the second one - it works better than the first.

Default Oh goody...something to explore for this evening...

At the same time as I'm doing my V1 installation. I'll be rooting around at the right level anyway.
