Just took a test drive this afternoon in the North Atlanta Audi TT demo. What a great car. Everything I had expected and more. The only problem is the mechanical up-down seat adustment --- large lever on the exterior side of the seat about half way back (not the seat back adjustment). It was broken after only a half day on the dealer's lot. Is anyone else seeing this problem?<p>

The German TT prototype that I posed in for my Audi Magazine interview (June '99 issue, I think), had BOTH seat height adjustments broken off. The pieces of the handles were in the glovebox. I was hoping that this occurred becuase the car was a pre-production prototype Neiman Marcus TT (it will soon be destroyed :{ ), but perhaps this will be a problem with production models as well.
