Default Seattle Service recommendations?

Any Seattle area folks here that can advise me on whether to get my service done by Barrier Motors or by University Audi? Barrier is closer and more convenient but I'd be willing to cross the bridge if it is better support and a loaner car is available.

I bought through a dealer in Chicago since the local folks couldn't find me a car and I didn't want to wait for 4 months.

Thanks, Mark (Woodinville)

Personally, I prefer University for warranty work. Phil and John are good advisors and know a lot about the product.

Regarding loaners, it's a first-come first-served basis.

Although all Audi service departments are understaffed, I would go anywhere other than Barrier. I've had my oil changes done in Tacoma, at Larson's.

Default University

They are in the midst of a massive remodel, are working out of trailers, and still give excellent service.

One prob ... I'd not 100% sure you get a loaner if you didn't buy the car there. Hopefully I'm wrong on this one.

Sean is on the right track! My 225TTCQ is arriving tomorrow and Larson is the dealer (Tacoma). I inspected their service shop last week and was most impressed. CLEAN and quiet, 3 techs at least two of which have been there nearly 20 years. Barrier was indifferent(in so many ways), University a packed zoo. Must be good service there, but no loaner unless you bought your TT there(according to sales manager, shuttle service only). I will enjoy the trip to Larson(Tacoma) who will shuttle you to a good lunch while you wait or a quiet loaner for overnight service.
Good luck to us all! Jay
