Default I think they have 2 more months before they go bankrupt unless they change their strategy

I'm surprised that they bother with niche cars

Default No... that was teh joke. I was referring to my chunk of the tax dollars that should be sufficient

so that I can drive to any of the big 3 and pick the car of my choice. Phukers.

Default While it is niche'...it provided a development >>>

platform that was outside the standard process of GM...The fact that they executed showed they could produce something unique in a rapid fashion vs their normal 5 yrs of development...

Too bad they did not leverage the knowledge completely for other brands and models...

Default they can probably improve perception and acceptance if they adopted alternative power plants

on this one. Example a hybrid 2 seater which makes close to 40mpg, yet the fun of a sportscar might actually sell, provided the price is under $30K

Default I totally disagree. Niche is the only thing to save them

They over produce cooker cutter models that they have to sell at deep discounts and give very little for buyers to get exited about.

Default

and that is why people buy an ugly Prius because it's sporty?

Default I thought it already had a small displacement 4-cylinder turbo with direct injection

That's already much more efficient than the small V6 they typically use

Default No because it's a hybrid - which is exactly my proposal here. Green is in - and hybrid is what is

perceived to be that, soon to be joined by diesel.

Default except that doesn't explain the mad exodus from the big gas guzzlers when gas past $4...

that's what stopped their truck and SUV production lines last year.
