Another Update: AOA conversation.
The person I spoke to at AOA was very helpful, apologetic, nice, and is going to send me out a copy of the campaign letter (better late than never, I suppose) and will follow up with the dealership that I bring it to.
I'm assuming Tisher is closed for the day, so I'll call 'em tomorrow. Wish me luck.
