If that car is really that price someone try to call that guy. Let's bet you don't get a response for asking for a phone number.
When sell items on e-bay I always offer my phone number if they want to contact me. That way people know I am for real.

Actually......

They send out email's which look to be from Ebay asking for you to verify your ebay user ID and password and then they steal your identity to sell their "product" with.
