Default shaky steering wheel ... (tire balance is fine)

Have been driving the car lowered with HR springs and bilstein shocks - work done by AWE- for the last 3500 miles- Three weeks ago put forge adj tie bars and spacers all around and did a full alignment. Now all of a sudden at 70mph the ride gets awful. Any one suffered something similar? TIA

Do you have aftermarket rims? If so, check to see that you have all 4 hubcentric rings - I lost one at a rotation once and that can cause a vibration

Default could be a hubcentric spacer issue. I know for a fact that some of the 8mm and 10mm

spacers have different hubcentric rings on them that won't seat properly on aftermarket wheels...although they seat properly with OEM wheels. I have that problem with RS4 replicas and 10mm H&R spacers. I had to buy ECS tunings 10mm spacers to correct that issue. If you're careful, you can actually seat the wheels on true, but its not easy.

Default have AWE check your spacers again >>

the slightest damage to these spacers will do exactly what your are experiencing at speed...

I must have acidentally dented mine when putting my wheels back on after a couple of mods recently.

if it's not spacers.. it might be inner tie rods, wheel bearings, etc.... i'd start with your spacers.

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/1126312.phtml</a
