Default Shifting from 1 > 2 and 2 > 3 notchy

Shifting between my first 3 gears is fairly notchy. Was wondering if this is a serious issue, if it would hurt anything if i just left it, and what solutions there are that are simple.

Default Had a bad grind from 2nd to 3rd about a year ago. Dealer replaced with a different fluid.....

all has been well ever since. Not sure if the stock fluid was cheap or thin or what, but it definitely helped my problem.

Default Gather together the right tools and follow the How-to's. Pretty easy...>

Or have it done somewhere. Shouldn't cost that much..

I never noticed anything notchy, if I know what you mean, just started to grind.
