Default signs of a MAF that is going south....

even with boost machine on and tuned as always. I am holding 16lbs sometimes. other times i hold my 18-20 psi.

SO I just got a **** and have always had a BM. I just re-tuned it. The MAF is a VW 2.0 for my AMU car that has giac, forge dv, 42dd dp/tp, intake, forge TIP... thats the basic boost effecting mods i think

so bad MAF or turn up boost machine (at 5 1/2 turns)

I had read somewhere that the **** can pick out a bad MAF when it is installed : (

I might have the same problem, maybe you can clean your existing MAF with alcohol!
