How would you think about stock TT rims on an A4 1.8tqms?
Anyone have a pic? photoshop fake?
Would the car need to be lowered or have skirts put on to make it look right?
I'm asking because im curious about moving up to 17" wheels and would want to maintain that stock Audi look.. I also like the the 17" 5 spoke Audi A6 "Toccata" rims.
Thanks folks

trifona
'99.5 Brilliant Black 1.8tqms APR'd

Well, the "Avus" wheels on the new S4 are a pretty good approximation of what the 17" TT six-spoke wheel would look like. (except for the extra detailing where the Avus spokes meet the rim)
BUT...
I'm not sure that the bolt pattern and offset of the TT wheel are the same as those of the A4.

The TT rims will not fit your A4. The bolt pattern for 96+ A4's is 5x112. The TT bolt pattern is 5x100. The offset would not be a problem.

Here's a pic of the "Avus" wheel on the S4. Like I said in my other message, it's quite similar to the TT six-spoke 17" wheel except for the added detail at the rim.
