i mean it is small and very shallow. but i bet these things have a way of getting bigger. what should i do? take it to be repaired? (can it be repaired?) wait and see if it gets bigger? get ready to replace the windshield in a few thousand miles?
like i said, it is really small and shallow... oh, and it is right in the middle (top to bottom) but more on the driver's side.

ps the zymol suggestion worked out beeeeautifully... my car looks GREAT!!!

Get it fixed! Most insurance companies will cover that fully! Where if it starts to crack, you pay the deductable...

I'm not impressed by the durability of the windshield or the paint on the TT, my Isuzu Rodeo is better in this regard! I don't know if anything can be done for the windshield unless it cracks, and even if you could get it fixed, there would be new mini chips in no time.

A guy comes out to you and puts a glass resin in the glass chip hole. Then he applies some kind of pressure thing and whala, no more chip. You can¡¦t even see where it was¡K
Look in the yellow pages under windshield repair or automotive glass repair or something. Most companies that install windshields also have this service.
Chances are, your insurance company will have a contact for this. They usually pass it on to a shop that gives them a discount. They would much rather pay for this service than pay for a new windshield!
