So halfway through my timing belt/water pump job I have a couple of observations

First: I am actually quite disappointed because after 7 years and 60000 KM's my pump, tensioner and belt are pristine. Kind of a let down.
Second: (And I NEVER thought I'd say this) I miss working on my Fiero......

belt isnide out and examine it under bright light. I suspect hairline cracks at the base of nearly every tooth of the cogged belt. VOILA! Change is good.
