The good news:
* 6'3" and you'll will fit comfortably behind the wheel.
* The seats are so far back you can actually use the cup holders.
Bad news:
* Duck while entering or the part on your hair will be on the other side.
* The back of the front seats are firmly against the leading edge of the "back seats". If anyone has pissed you off lately invite them along as the third passenger.
* Don't roll up to close on traffic lights because they'll disapear from view.
* Don't plan on folding down the back seats to make a deck. They'll only go about 2/3rds forward before hitting the top/back of the front seats like this " _/\____"

Sounds about right with my caveat that when I get the seat positioned so my legs aren't fully bent it's a real reach to try and get to the shifter...
One reason to get the roadster - then you don't have to worry about back seat leg room OR folding them down! ;-)

I have more than enough room. I don't even have the seat all the way back--there's plenty of room to move the seat up, back, down or forward for comfort. As to your other "revelations":
* Yes it has a low entry. I think you can tell that before you even start to get in it, though.
* As is the case with all other sport coupes of this variety, the back seats are pretty much unusable except for very young children.
* As you pull up to traffic light, stop before you can't see it anymore.
* To get the back seats to lay flat, tilt forward your front seat, put down the back seat, then tilt back the front seat again.

Unless something has changed, the rear seats should fold to an essentially flat position. You may have to first tilt the front seats forward, then fold the back seat, and finally lock the front seats back into place.<p><img src="http://home.san.rr.com/winefinds/1.gif" border="0">

find the TT to be "intimate" as oppossed to clastrophobic. Seat all the way back, all the way down, wheel all the way up, all the way out and a slight rake to the back seems to fit like a glove. I haven't tried to put the back seat down with the front all the way back. I guess it won't work. (red/ebony TTQC)

The head room is adequate to cozy, but where I have some issues is in the leg room. It is tight between the steering wheel and the knee pad on brace stemming off the center console. Do you know if you can remove the brace to allow more room? I am on the wait list for a coupe, but it's a tough call on the daily drivability of this setup. Any thoughts? Thanks.

My size 14s seem to be at the limit on my TT Coupe. I tried a floormat on top of the standard Audi mat and wasn't able to drive (the aftermarket mat was about 3/4" thick) -- so it is very close.

You get MOST of the front seat travel, just missing the last few clicks of seat travel.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3285"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/ttsig.jpg" BORDER=0 alt="Click for Mods"></a>

The pad actually help is bracing yourself in turns. If you were to remove it the slot in the aluminum will hurt quite a bit!
Wait until you get your car and you will find a comfortable position.<p><a href="http://registry.audiworld.com/audi/registry/details.asp?car=3285"><img SRC="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/AudiWorldPics/2000/ttsig.jpg" BORDER=0 alt="Click for Mods"></a>
