Its just an enclosure for the filter, nothing more right??

and the K&amp;N is Cali legal!

I thought cali smog didn't apply to new cars (newer than 5 years old)

Default Eh....
the way it works is that you have to get smog tested after the car is 5 years old. The intake has to pass visual inspection..... it has to be completely stock. Sucks. How does the TTDA sound?
