My experience with their sales department was that with no other customers in the building they didn't even acknowledge me so I had to ask the sales manager for someone to talk to. They then told me they were asking $4000 over MSRP and walked away. I went to Reeves in Tampa and will never buy anything from Classic. Don't know about their service.
