the brakes refered to are the GT-2 Evo Race Brakes (street version) with 380mm front discs and 328mm rear discs. it's of course a possible option for the TT with the right wheels, adapters and hubs.
the ceramic brakes for the new GT2 are not released, yet. some problems occured with them. all new GT2's build at this time have the twin turbo brakes (ceramic will be a paid option for the twin as well as soon as released)<ul><li><a href="http://www.theracestore.com">TheRaceStore</a></li></ul>
