The Society Of Vintage Racing ENtheusiasts (SOVREN) is hosting the vintage historic races at Seattle Raceway (SIR). This event raises funds for the Children's Hospital, and this years target is $350,000. As part of this effort, all the car clubs can sell tickets to the car corral. There is a Audi Quattro Club corral, and the Northwest chapter of the QCUSA is selling 3-day tickets at a discount to QCUSA members. For $20 you get three days admission to the event, parking in the Audi Quattro corral, "demonstration" laps of the SIR road course each day, and the opportunity to win prizes/really ugly trophies to be awarded after judging by kids. Our house-hold has "won" two of these things, and my wife (quattrochick) won't let them see the light of day.
These tickets for car and driver are normally $35 for the 3 days, but as QCUSA members we have a deal for you!
This event attracts over 400 vintage/historic race cars by invitation and is a wonderfull gathering that will pump-up the heart-beat of any racing entheusiast.
