Default Sparkplugs

Does it matter where you get the plugs from

I was told OEM are NGK PRF6Q

dealer is asking 17.90
ttstuff is asking 12.99
ecstuning roughly 14.49

but advanced auto is showing 9.98

It says platinum, whereas the others say iridium. but its the same part number?

http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductDetail.aspx?MfrCode=NGK&MfrPartNumber=6 458&PartType=960&PTSet=A</a
</u

Default Do search for denso iridium, you'll find varying opinions

They might last longer but they are more expensive. Some run Denso IK22s which are one heat range colder for modded cars. I've run both types without any problems. There is also the copper alternative NGK BKR6E which some claim are better for forced induction cars. The problem with those is that they have to be changed every 5-7K miles.

If you aren't chipped your best sticking with the OEM Platinums (PFR6Q).
