Default Speaking of window problems...>>>

I go out to my car at lunch today and roll down both windows. When I go to roll them up, the passenger side goes up to the "someone's hand is stuck in the window" position and automatically rolls back down to half way. The only way I got it to go up was to physically pull up on the window while using the switch.

Anyone out there experience this problem?

Default it's "lost its mind", use the "reset" procedure

I wouldn't say it's "normal", but it's "common" ...

reset the window brains by:
press switch to lower windows, and hold it down for a few seconds after the windows are all the way down.
then press switch to raise windows, and hold it down for a few seconds after the windows are all the way up.
everything should now be fine, until the next time it happens :-)

obviously some kind of system glitch, but easily fixed by the reset procedure.
it's only happened to me once or twice, but the 1st time was within 2 days of buying the car, so it had me wondering... I think it's happened once since then, but can't remember for sure. not worried about it.
