Default wow....sorry man>>>

just remember it is really not the clutch that is the issue...it is the quirkiness of these cars....

Some tuners blame some of the cheap parts...others blame other things....

seems to me there is something a miss with the execution if your setup is still wonky...

Did he ever check the cables to the tranny? My got re-adjusted/tightened and that helped quite a bit...it is basically back to normal now

Default Yes it was. Chatter is one thing, but excessive rattling is another>>>

Spec should really explain specifically that your car is going to sound like a model T with that flywheel. Some cars run fine with this set-up.....the TT needs that extra rotating mass to work properly, Period!

What is the weight of the VF vs the weight of an aluminum Spec flywheel?

Default marTT>>>

Yes, I am having problems up-shifting, more so than down shifting. I did some research and I found out that it has a lot to do with the lack of inertia force from the lighted flywheel. I tried a 3500 RPM launch and the car bogged and fell on its face. I guess that 4cyl just needs the extra weigh of the steel to give it that force and momentum to aid it in shifting and launching.

That makes sense - thank you - I do have a steel Spec flywheel, it's lighter though.

Default Here are a few resources - -

I personally have not used lemmiwinks before so proceed with caution or ask a bunch of questions/do research.

<a href="http://forums.fourtitude.com/zerothread?id=1618056">Fortitude - Lemmiwinks the Guide</a>

<a href="http://www.vwfixx.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=15329">VW Fixx - Lemmiwinks download and guide</a>

Also, just doing a Google search nets <a href="http://www.google.com/search?q=lemmiwinks+software"> this.</a>
