Default Special Announcements for TT East Lake Canandaigua 2003..first.. registration fee reduced!>>

TT East is a organization that exists for one reason and one only...to organize a great annual event for the TT obsessed and not to make money. So due to a recent happening the registration is now reduced from $175 to $160 and you still get (2) breakfasts, (2) dinners (one is the banquet the other is a BBQ under a large tent within a stones throw of Lake Canandaigua, a lunch (the Friday drive thru beautiful NY State, windy roads and two winery tours with a lunch a Wagner Vineyards) and a opening reception. Also all the other great activities and friendships and fantastic raffel prizes and..well if you have been to a TT East event you know the 'and' part :-)

Default Now to a really special announcement>>>

the reason the event registration fee is reduced was that we have been in contact with Freeman Thomas and was working our way for him to attend and do a presentation of the development of the TT...but alas and respectfully so automobile companies are protective of their design talent and since Freeman is now with DailmerChrysler and not Audi it was just not going to happen thus the costs of covering his expenses is no more and we pass this savings along to the registration fees. BUT!!! as much as having Freeman at the event would have been exceptional we have something special for the raffle...Freeman has agreed to inscribe and sign several The TT Story books for us so the lucky raffle winner will have a most rare win!

Default One suggestion for the raffle (VenTTed might be able to help more)

At TT West, for example, APR won a chip from another tuner, and people who were already chipped won chips. Some fancy bartering took place to straighten things out, but if prizes were awarded by "value bracket", so that person "X" wins a prize worth "Y" could select from a couple of options this may be avoided.
Or, maybe I'm just confused.
Glen (VenTTed) was in charge of the prizes at TT West, so he might be a good reference.
