That is, if you don't like the fixed spoiler.
The more people mention a retractable spoiler OPTION with the fixed spoiler being STANDARD, the better chance we will have of getting our way.

If you do make some sort of letter or petition, please make it very clear what we're proposing, and please publicize it everywhere you can... not just this forum. This forum won't give it as much support as it could get since threads don't seem to last too long. Be sure to keep the language very professional and non-hostile (but firm!), or it will be ignored.
Also, keep in mind that just saying "We want a retractable spoiler!" isn't going to be good enough. The fixed spoiler is probably here to stay as a standard part of the car. Our best bet is to get them to implement a retractable spoiler OPTION.

If they could make the retractable spoiler standard in Turbo Beetle, they could make it a standard in TT which costs 50% more. You are just asking to pick up the soap in the shower with Audi standing behind us, if you know what I mean.
