Default Srange call from Audi of America (Long)

I got a strange call from customer service today. I called 2 weeks ahead for a normal service. I told the service manager that I needed a loaner and was told that it would be ready. Too make a long story short I was sent to Enterprise for a car. They had zero cars left at 8:30am. I finally got one a 10:45 from another dealer. When picking up the car the next day, I was asked to fill out the customer satisfaction survey. After reading my complaints, they called today and tried to follow-up with me. I guess they did not like the rating that was given. I was told that I would recieve a free detail which I do not want. I told them that I just wanted to get good service when I bring my car in. You guys in big cities should be happy that you have more than one dealer to deal with. Us guys in the KC area have to suffer with 1 bad dealer. Too bad I like the car so much or I would get rid of it.

Default Sounds like a nicer experience than mine...

I got a call from AoA asking me how my service was, and it wasn't all that great so I said so.

About 2 weeks later I got a call from the dealership with a woman asking me how was my service, I asked her what she meant, and she was hinting to the fact that I gave negative comments, and she was anything but friendly. When I was done speaking, I got an monotone "okay thanks" from her.

The next time I bring my car in I bet they key it!

Same thing here in Portland, Or. One dealer that is awful. Well, worse than awful, actually.

Default Audi dealers just suck. My wife recently bought a Lexus and it's like heaven...

Unfortunately, there isn't a single Lexus model that I would trade the TT for, but there level of customer service is amazing. When you bring the car in for service, there is a loaner right there waiting for you, keys in the ignition. They take your keys, you sign, and you're gone.

Thats how my Audi dealer treats me. I always have a Audi loaner waiting, if I ask for one.
