Would you describe it as a roar? Grind? Does it only happen when you are turning?

Which direction, right, left or both? Also, has your car ever been in an accident?

Default Also check your fender well liner

I just fixed an annoying and similar scraping noise (was scraping under braking but not throttle because of squat and dive, yours could be vice versa) by reattaching a piece of the inner fender liner to the car. I noticed when I swapped out my winter tires that there was actually a concentric indentation ring on my right front tire where the plastic had worn down the rubber. I could have sworn the sound was metal creaking though, and even spent money having the dealer look over my suspension for broken components.
