stopped today by cop for no front plate...intresting what the TT does to people...
after pulling me over the cop got out of his car and the first workds out of his mouth were "nice car, how do you like it?" after reponding he told me that i should "think about getting a front plate" and that he understands that my car is brand new and the dealer does not always provide one....keep in mind i have a 2000 TT. the TT is definetly a great conversation starter, even in the most awkward situations. thought this was interesting....just wanted to share.

That is crazy...I was followed by a Cop today for 10 min....
I was doing normal speeds through a residential area, he took every turn with me till I pulled in my driveway. The only reason he could have stopped me was the lack of front plate!
