I've had Stoptechs on my TT for 1.5 years and absolutely love them. I've switched between race and street pads numerous times. Recently I went to change pads and could not remove one of the bridge bolts. I rounded out the internal part for the allen wrench. I tried clamping the bolt and turning. I tried drilling out and using screw extractor. I dremelled a slot in the head of the bolt and used a rachet with slotted screw blade. No luck with any of these. I even twisted the blade on the Craftsman socket driver without dislodging the bolt.
When I install these bolts I always tighten by hand with the allen wrench. However, I have not been using antiseize compound on the bolts. I recently did an Autocross with 15 runs. I suspect the heat, no antiseize, and maybe me hand tighting too much has caused the problem.
I will now probably have to take the caliper to a shop and have someone better than me remove the bolt.
Matt, at Stoptech, sent me new bridge bolts and suggested that the bridge bolts need very little tightening force.
I hope this helps any of you to not to have this problem.

"Not too tight you idiot ... not too tight..."
My dad has a rep for being sure everything is reassembled nice and tight and has been know to snap or otherwise destroy things![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
I use a teeny drop of antiseize on the threads and tap gently on the bridge to get it aligned so the pins slide all the way in w/o being turned..
Thanks for the reminder...
