Depending on wheel design I think some 19s look out of scale on the TT. JMHO.

Default If you can go 19 without increasing unsprung weight

handling should be = or better. If you increase weight suspension has to work harder which slows the response time of the spring and shock. This usually reduces handling especially on bumpy roads. However you can offset the effect with a higher spring rate and stiffer rebounding shock.

If your not tracking or burning up the twisties at the cars limits you probably won't notice the unsprung weight effect anyway.

Default One more thing. Heavier tire/wheel is harder to get going and

and harder to stop so 0-60 times increase and brakes heat up faster which increases fading and stopping distance.

Ya just got ask yourself "Do I want to look good or go good?"

Default I was dealing with the same quandry after my last 19s...

...here's what I've have found out..,Get kumho mx's as the profile of the 235/35 19 are better for most 19s..also get very light 19s like oz superleggeras...
'
I love this combo...oz superleggeras...235/35 19 kumho mx's..
