Default Stump the Chumps - We Have a Winner

After taking the car out and doing some 80 to 10 hard stops I got the brakes warm enough to identify teh problem. COrrectly and sucinctly identified by raVen.

The backing plate was probably bent slightly when they did the rotor/pad replacements when the brakes were warmed up and things expanded the plate scrapped on the rotor. No damage done.

raVen look me up to collect your GUinness Draught.

Thanks to everyone else who played. Girlattorney wins teh consolation prize for the most far off guess. A Bodingtons Draught

https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/547071.phtml</a

Default Okay we will send up to the judge, hold on ........., the judge reports

that a second gold medal will be awarded. Even though raVen's was a much more precise answer and exactly what it was.

Default This can't be, as I have never won anything in my life.

Thank you jgriff! You reside in/around the Atlanta area, correct? My sister lives in Smyrna, and I should be coming down that way sometime this summer. I hope to take you up on the Giuness then, if that is O.K.
As for this ZGTT guy, he gave a pretty generalized diagnosis, don't ya think? 8^P
But, if he's willing to do a sig for me, I will be willing to let him share in the glory (and beer)! 8^P

Of course, since he isn't attending TT-East, he can appoint a designee to accept on his behalf!
