Subframe alignment - alignment shop in SoCal?

My left front camber is out of spec and will always be no matter how much its aligned. Most likely the subframe shifted.. Most alignment shop dont even know about moving the subframe. One shop knows about it but wants $900 to do the work. If anyone can recommend a good alignment shop in SoCal (and that wont cost me an arm and a leg), please advise.

so his shop knows a good bit about alignments and the minute effects on handling. Unfortunately I can't seem to recall the name of the shop (it was ~3 years ago).... It is a tire place primarily, but was the ONLY place I could find withing driving distance of Thousand Oaks that even know what corner balancing meant...
