HEy I just put mine on and NO YOU DON'T NEED TO MOVE the BUMPER, I too was like WTF?? just jack your front left wheel and remove the bumper cover in front of the front wheel and just have someone reach for the silicone hose from above and that's it!!! So much easier, I guess INJEN didn't want to add those into their instructions, I didn't even need to remove the head lamp, just the battery. Believe it or not it only took 45 mins becuase I did one on my mustang and I was like same freak'n thing!!!!!!!! No need to remove BUMPER or HEADLAMP........... Hope this helps...
