Summer Tire Selection (longish)

Summer Tire Selection (longish)
I know this topic has been beat to death, but I couldn't resist.
First let me say that I have search the site and read many posts regarding tires. I am replacing my Potenza RE40s.
My driving consists of:
Highway, back road (with pot holes). Some spirited scenic drives. One, maybe two track events.
The tire I buy needs to provide:
Good handling in dry and wet. I'll give a little in the wet, but it does rain here in New England, especially in the fall.
Good tread life (I got 20,000 out the RE40. Although they are pretty worn)
Low Noise.
Weight.
Good value for the price.
The tires I am considering are:
Bridgestone S-03. Seem to have a big following. Good dry handling. Ok in the wet. A bit heavy.
Toyo Proxes T1S. Good wet and dry handling. Lighter.
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. New design. Good wet and dry handling. a bit less then the above.
Kumho Ecsta MX. People reporting good handling. Best price.
Just rambling here, but any thoughts out there?
Thanks.

Kumho 712s and Yokohama ES100s are good and they do not cost a lot, I am switching to Yokos have
..Kumhos they are both around $100 a tire. I think the S03 are great, I had S02s also but they are much more exspensive than the Yokos or Kumhos.
