Default By design, you understeer a bit, so you need more roll-stiffness aft.....

A better rear anti-roll bar will give sharper turnin. But if too large can either cause wheel lift and/or oversteer.

Balance, in all things.

Default The Neuspeed 19mm has gotten

favorable reviews from juliem IIRC at West Coast TT. 28mm is a honker for understeer correction, and you may find yourself a bit dicey unless you go to a performance driving course.

But that's just MHO.

Default Why do you want to do the front?

thicker sway bars make the suspension less independent. Yes you can dial out understeer by going with a larger rear bar but with that comes some other issues.

Default I agree- a thicker front bar is not a solution,and .....

leads to increasing understeer. Avoid at all costs for now
