Default Switched Tires at Dealership when i picked up my TT new

How cool are the guys at my dealership, Rockville Audi/Porsche?! When i picked up my BB 225QT roadster i noticed that it had the Bridgestone tires on it. They could be perfectly fine tires but being on the catious side I told them that i did not want those tires because Firestone may not been around in a few months if i have any problems with these tires so they removed them and mounted them with the Michelin's instead. It seems that Audi is now shipping all of it's TT's with Michelin's .Probably swithched from another TT that just arrived or something but at any rate i was really suprised that with very little pervasion they were willing to do it. Just something for those of you thinking about buying to keep in mind.

Default Tires and Rockville Audi/Porsche

I will be picking up my RB 225QC tonight from the same dealer. Did you have to pay anything extra for the Michelin's? Were they the Pilot SX? I have the same concern for the Bridgestones.

Also, since you have already gone through the experience at this dealership, do you have any advise or concerns?

My AG 225 came with the Pirelli P6000s. The dealer said they might perform through the winter, but we had to wait until packed snow (which could be tonight since I am in Chicago).
