Well I confirmed that I do have the buzzing problem so I guess I'll have it replaced for that IF it's a sign it will eventually go out. But I found the tach problem goes away if I turn the key and let all the lights come on while I put my seat belt on. Then, by the time I start the car, the tach works just fine. Maybe it is power related after all. I'll have them check all the cells on the battery.
