that I was handed all these new responsibilities because I love being crazed and challenged, but as of this week, one of our Senior Corporate Counsel is leaving to become General Counsel of General Cigar .... they have hired a new guy but he doesn't start for two months and it takes forever to get someone up to speed with our issues ... meanwhile .... guess who's got all that as well. Ah well, it shall be fun.

Joel, if you read this, we hired a guy from Skadden who is already working on our business....damn job was never farmed out. This guy found out the opening occurred and was in for an interview the next day. Skadden is not happy to lose him, but what are they gonna do, yell at a multi-million dollar client...NOT. Kid is sick of the partnership track at Skadden and working 24/7 for the last three years.
