my TT and her car in my driveway!!
It looks like the Sequoia is going to eat my poor TT. The Sequoia is a outstandning SUV, though. Roomy, luxury features, and great handling for a large SUV. She's still jealous I haven't taught her how to drive stick, so she can my TT, though!! ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

my wife wanted a irugamus iratamus (official Latin for Rug Rat (sic)) carrier that was large and could take the NJ winters. She refused to get a sedan or minivan. I tried my hardest to get her to buy the new Passat V6 AWD. So she wanted an SUV, and the Toyota was clearly the best of the bunch. I didn't want an SUV, but marriage has tempered my urge to fight about everything, and the SUV she got is an amazing machine. Besides, we are helping the world stop using fossil fuels by using all the supply up.

It never ceases to amaze me how ridiculous all those people look sitting in DC commuter traffic in their SUV's all dressed up in shirts and ties or dresses and high heels with no real place to go. Having no clue how to drive in axle deep sand or steep rocky grades, they push on, utilizing their vehicles for a purpose totally incongruous with their optimal design. A colleague of mine and her husband both have SUVs for their weekend trips up to their West Virginia cabin. Of course the cabin is a 3 bedroom rancher in a planned community and they spend all weekend on the golf course!! Hey, but this is America and we are all free to be stupid.

and sit in the same traffic laughing at people in thier SUV's? Sounds like a double standard to me.
The only place we usually take them over 100 is on the track...Sounds and awful like driving the SUV only to the cabin on weekends to me.
Can't people just enjoy whatever they choose to drive? Sure I'll make the occasional remark about a car I don't like, but I'm not going to fault anyone for their personal choices...
