Default Is it the plug on the very bottom of the tank?

I had read to do that but wasn't sure which plug. Didn't want to disable my windshield washers.

Default There is a metal cross pipe on both 180s and 225s

it is a structural member and on a 225s is used to carry the charge air from right to left side of the car between SMICs. On 180s it does not get used for that and sits open to the outside. After 100K miles mine had collected some crap in it.

Default Probably 8-10 hours but that's because I took my time >

I have never had the front off before, which was actually easy, the kit did not have instructions, and I ran into the inevitable snags along the way.

I used MarTT's Fotki of the 225 version install as a guide and had a few emails back and forth with Tylor@tCarbon. What took me the longest was figuring out how to align the last 2 pieces of silicone tubing so everything would fit and where to move the horns and reroute the wiring.

I figure with some level of experience on these cars and using this guide someone could do it in 3-5 hours.
