Not 100% sure on that ...
A quick google search has me thinking it <i>may</i>. Do you happen to have pictures of the S3 with the bumper off? It looks like the charge pipe/manifold is the same on the S3 but I'm wondering about the mounting holes for the brackets.

Here is a picture of S3 without bumper
this is from forge motorsports who do intercoolers here in the uk.
As far as i am aware most things for TT 225 and S3 are similar.
