It was wet all last weekend in NE 'Jersey. Whenever the turbo kicked in in first gear, I felt the rears help push the car along. It felt as if the car was "lifting" itself forward. What a rush!
I don't know much about the so called "real" quattro, but this quattro IV gives the car an almost supernatural feel in wet weather.
After a lifetime of dreading rain and/or wetspots in the road, Thanks to Audi, I have transcended beyond fishtailing at the stoplight (with Honda Civics and SUV riding right up on my butt).
