Default Here are a few rules on easy image posting.

First, use the 'picture poster' feature to put your image on the AudiWorld server. People usually don't have a problem with this step.

If the 'picture poster' features seems to have worked, you can probably get to your image like this:
1. Go to http://131.107.68.28/AudiWorldPics/2000/
2. Look for your image file.
3. Click on it.
4. Use whatever is in the URL/Location field of your browser as the 'Image URL' in your post. Cut-and-paste it.

By doing this, you ensure that you get URL encoding (like space->%20) correct and you also get the URL format (like including the proper http://host.domain/location) correct.

If you want to type the URL manually anyway, here are some general rules to make things easier on ya.

First of all, avoid putting spaces in your filename. If you do, you will need to convert them to %20 when entering your 'Image URL'.

On a similar note, you should also try using only alpha-numeric characters (ABC123) because some punctuation characters are 'special' and will also be encoded to %XX format.

If you used the forum's 'Picture Poster' feature, you must prefix your filename with this:
http://131.107.68.28/AudiWorldPics/2000/

But seriously, if you follow the 4-step procedure I described at the top, you don't need to worry about spaces or special characters or anything. It'll just work.

I hope this helps.

This is good, Jeff, also a common mistake is to forget about .jpg after image file name
