making this the best TT-East I have attended. Earlier this year I had real hesitations about going so far into the upper corner of the US for this TT event. However, I rearranged a bunch of business things that had me in Boston (now) so that I could attend.
Having been to Asheville, Canadauiga?, and Cumberland and a couple of TT Centrals I have to say this was the best of all of them. I think because everyone was so friendly, no little special groups, more spouses/s.o. Drives were better organised and you couldn't ask for prettier weather and country.
It was so nice to put faces to names.
The beer exchange was great. I drank alot of beer I would not have otherwise.
Again, thanks to everyone for a great, great time.
Also helps to come home with something special. That was actually only about the 6th autox I have ever run.

Where's my bill.
Why did you check my *** out of the hotel this morning?
Maid walks in on me while I am just waking up and about craps in her pants. I was thinking this might be a hell of an Austrian wake up call.
She says I am not supposed to be there and checked out real early. I tell her I have been here sleeping. Ummmmm, Adam, I did not tell them someone else was staying in the room. When I finally go to check out, they tell me someone else has MY bill and was an early checkout.
Hotel folks wanted to know what was going on when I did officially go to check out.
