Default I'm in the same boat! Ordered on Tuesday with 3day, and they arent going to deliver until monday!

I wrote then a nasty note about their 3day service!
I love their stuff though!

Default Re: From the specs.. the harddrive inside that unit can be Ghosted and replaced with a bigger hd..

You can probably use any favorite hd transfer app like Norton's Ghost or Partition Magic and blow the image of the drive and resize over to a larger capacity drive. It works with TiVo boxes and should work fine on these.

Although the hd may be 'hardened' but I doubt it. If you're feeling adventurous, perhaps you can try it and let us know ;-).
