Is there a benifit to having adjustible coilovers in terms of raising it for snow and lower for dry?

Default That's certainly a benefit

Once of the biggest advantages of coilovers though is the ability to corner weight the vehicle.
This allow precise control of the balance and handling of the car.

For most street applications it isn't required as it's a costly, and sometimes time consuming job.

But just the ability to customize your ride height is certainly a benefit to all coilover systems.

yes that would be a benifit, but you need to know your alignment diff. each time
