Before I discovered AudiWorld for the TT, I was (and still am) an active poster on the Roadlfy e46 M3 forum. In the M3 scene, there are far more meets, almost one monthly. And I am not talking 4 person meet with dinner and a drive. I mean like 30 M3s. And these meets wer more car oriented than food focused. Some of the meets were at Speedring, others in parks in San Francisco. I think the Nor Cal Audi scene needs to develop a habit like the M3 one does with meets. These are definitley a lot of fun. I would really like to get to know you guys better. And meets are the best way to do this.
Just throwing out something for you guys to chew on . . . .

I would assume that there would be far bigger TT meets than M3s becase of how many more TTs there are.. But what I think it boils down to is the number of TT enthusiasts there are. Most, err.. at least many, of the M3 owners are on a forum. And I think thats where the difference is.. There are more hardcore M3ers than there are TTers...

I (SoCal TT Club) generally average about 5 meets per year. WCTT does some as well as does the Quattro Club (now Audi Club of America, or something like that). So here in Southern California, I think there are a fair number of runs per year.
The SoCal TT Club was the first TT club in the USA and I put it together because I wanted to be able to do runs, lunches, drinks and that sort of thing periodically. If you think there are not enough runs, I would suggest putting together a TT club in your area and organizing a few runs.
"If you will build it, they will (usually) come."

but then again, there was a pretty heavy NYC presence, and I didn't have a day job... ![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
That's ridiculous attendance in your photos, by the way! A sight to behold.
