I have the MTM miltek deal thing resonated and its louder than some of the other Milteks I've heard.

Default Same question asked two days ago...

No cabin drone at all. Some resonance on lift off or while coasting around 3K rpms, but thats it. The resonated version is about as quiet as stock.

Default Thanks. My cable modem has been f()cked since Wednesday.

I got a replacement modem and they <I>completely</I> screwed-up the provisioning.

If so, how's it holding up?
If so, what stuff & process did you use?

Default Yes... another link....

if you have a rotary buffer/polisher, the job is pretty easy. I used a drill with a polishing pad and it took hours. The link is for removing the logo from the tips but it shows the polish I used. Its holding up ok, but as you would expect, the crud is building up on it from many miles and the winter rain.
