Just wondering if anyone has any input. I am looking to purchase a milltek resonated and I am wondering how it sounds at cruising speeds. I don't want to annoy the wife with something too loud! Thanks.

I love it, but it does get loud at times. The resonated pipe is nice, but not too obnoxious.

at crusing speeds, both are pretty close...but when you get on it, the non-res growls a little more.

i got the resonated version for the same reason you mentioned, not to annoy the wife when she's riding in my TT.

Since its high-flow, its just more of a sound issue. after having it in, some days...i'm thinking that i should have gone with the non-res version, since its not all that much louder with normal driving. more aggressive driving...it does sound meaner and better, but not by much.

Not much above stock at idle or when cruising, but definately a more throaty sound when on the gas hard. I think that it sounds as it should now. It is not annoying or loud at all in my opinion.
