Default I haven't seen the car yet, so no they haven't either...

not so sure they'd be interested anyway.

I have to say I was pleased with ECS and the first generation goTTzilla. They definitely did a great job and treated me right. When I was there Tom, his brother, Dad, the girls and mechanics all were professional and went out of their way to go beyond what was necessary to get things done for my TT and my son's NB.

I even mentioned in passing to them the idea of eventually doing this twin-turbo project with them, and they brought up the valid weight issue and responded with the options of the eventual APR Stg3 (which they were very honest in saying they had NO idea when it would be available). I even was very interested in the 2.0l turbo they were developing as a possible option when developed. I felt very good about ECS, mentioned it several times on the web, making it clear how I felt. Never once on line or privately did I get any acknowlegement from them.

After they were done and I was very happy, I contacted ECS several times about various products for upgrades. Each time it was less personal, more hurried and I got the perception they had no idea who I was and the responses were often more curt as time went on, and the last time bordered on being rude. I also noticed that some of the pictures of my finished car they had up on their website disappeared rather quickly.

I'm not knocking ECS, they did me right for the build, and I'm appreciative for all the have done. I also know they are busy, and that it it is impossible to keep up with everybody on a personal basis. Perhaps they just didn't take me serious when I said I WAS going to do a big project, I think few people did. In any case when it came down to the big decision and I had heard nothing about the two options I had discussed with ECS, I opted to go elsewhere.

I wish nothing but success for ECS and recommend them to this day.
