Default second that>>>>

key to the Denso's is inspect the gaps around 8k-10k....their life expectancy is about 20-25k for the plugs...they seem to like to widen their gaps....

Doing mine before TTE....I was also thinking of doing the injectors....one thing i have never done...

Default try a bottle of Noz racing octane boost

Default Mine does a good bit too... a lot more than the grey car

I'm betting the timing is really aggressive on the REVO though. It's set to 3 now... I'll probably try setting it to 2 and trying one range colder plugs.

So I take it you replaced the pump. Was there any difference on your top end power problem?

Default yes and yes...

bad fuel pump was the cause of the problems.

Default I run timing 5 on 92 Octane... Far as I know I didn't have any ping before my "incident"...

You can also log timing pull with a VAGCOM. Lower the timing until you don't get any timing pull. Once there you should be set.

Is it possible you are both tanking up at the same station that has some "questionable" fuel supply?

As long as you don't crank your timing to take advantage of it, you won't get addicted ; )
