Well, firstly i'd like to set the record straight; I drive in control, responsibly, defensively and never recklessly.

The TT is a difficult car to keep under the speed limit where I drive. I've received three tickets on the Sea to Sky Highway en route to Furrry Creek and Whistler in locations where I see speedtraps consistently. I am always driving with this knowledge and always driving safe.

Twice, I was in flow with traffic, cautiously scanning for radar and got nabbed barely speeding.

and two of the tickets were issued within ten minutes of each other. One from an oncoming officer in a 30km bend.

One of my four tickets last year was received because I was trying to avoid another car(reckless driver) and I got pulled over...once again I was barely over the limit if at all.

My driving record was spottless unttil the TT. Yeah, I have sped like most people on the forum, I just need to get out of these lousy tickets and avoid prohibition.

Default Knock on wood no tickets yet..

Please don't think I was saying that you are an unsafe driver, just looking for a good story on a Friday afternoon.

Good luck w/your predicament(sp).

Any good attorney should be able to handle it.
